Creating this took them over 100 hours of work, from planning the shoot to stitching and blending the images.

The full photo is 28x higher resolution than a typical professional photo. It can be enlarged a dozen feet wide and remain perfectly sharp to the naked eye.

He blended 105 exposures to create a 620-megapixel photo of New York City transitioning from night to day after a snowstorm. [8000x3050]
