You'll notice the damage on the bridge is pretty extensive, looking like the crash was over 60mph during the crash and possibly flipped into the ditch, the concrete column at the end of the bridge is totally pulverized with the iron fence severely dented, it would have been alt more of a crash if the car had went for a little swim, i bet he's happy he stayed dry.
